Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Kothal Kalan, celebrated ‘Tree Plantation Week’ only recently. The “Tree Plantation Week” was launched by the Principal and the students on the morning of 25th February 2024. About 250 saplings were planted on the campus.
The Principal delivered an impressive speech on this occasion and motivated the students to plant at least one sapling in his house. Many inter-house competitions were organized to put stress on the need for ecological balance for man’s happiness. The poster-making competition, slogan writing competition, poetry recitation competition etc. were organized.
A skit demonstrating the importance of trees was staged by the students. The teachers and the students vowed to plant more trees and make this world green. The winners were awarded on the last day of the week. Thus, the Tree Plantation Week was a great success.
राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय, कोथल कलां में हाल ही में ‘वृक्षारोपण सप्ताह’ मनाया गया।
25 फरवरी 2024 की सुबह प्रधानाचार्य और विद्यार्थियों द्वारा ‘वृक्षारोपण सप्ताह’ का शुभारंभ किया गया। परिसर में लगभग 250 पौधे लगाए गए। इस अवसर पर प्रधानाचार्य ने प्रभावशाली भाषण दिया और विद्यार्थियों को अपने घर में कम से कम एक पौधा लगाने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
मनुष्य की खुशहाली के लिए पारिस्थितिकी संतुलन की आवश्यकता पर जोर देने के लिए कई अंतर-सदनीय प्रतियोगिताएं आयोजित की गईं। पोस्टर बनाने की प्रतियोगिता, नारा लेखन प्रतियोगिता, कविता पाठ प्रतियोगिता आदि का आयोजन किया गया। विद्यार्थियों द्वारा वृक्षों के महत्व को प्रदर्शित करने वाली एक नाटिका का मंचन किया गया। शिक्षकों और विद्यार्थियों ने अधिक से अधिक वृक्ष लगाने और इस दुनिया को हरा-भरा बनाने की शपथ ली। विजेताओं को सप्ताह के अंतिम दिन पुरस्कृत किया गया। इस प्रकार वृक्षारोपण सप्ताह एक बड़ी सफलता रही।
